A4400 - VA4Pro
New datacollector, analyser, balancer and signal recorder in one unit !

A4900 - Vibrio III - revolutionary instrument with a completely new design!

A4900 - Vibrio III is so easy that anybody can learn it very quickly. We use traffic-light colours green, orange and red to display the status. Determination of individual machine or bearings defect types is done directly during operation, without a need to use a computer or software.

A4910 Lubri - Instrument for monitoring and control of lubrication process
	The main use of the A4910 - Lubri is in lubrication replenishment process. During this process the instrument measures the actual lubrication of a bearing and tells the operator when the amount of lubricant is ideal. This way it is ensured that we do not under or over lubricate. The instrument enables you to make the whole lubricating process simpler, and decrease lubricant costs and machine maintenance costs. The instrument enables performing measurements of rolling bearing conditions too. The instrument is simple to operate, and user’s training takes only several minutes.

A4101
	The Adash 4101 Pro instrument is a portable, fully digital data collector and vibration analyser with the possibility of on-line and route measurements. It is intended for identification of bearing condition, lubrication and mechanical defects of the whole machine. It enables to apply diagnostics at the level of measurement overall values, FFT analyses and time signal measurement. Its equipment enables not only detection of occurring defects but also their detailed analysis and precise specification. It can also be used for single and two plane machine balancing. The analyser is characteristic by its very easy operation. The instrument is supplied in three modifications Base, Trend, Pro.

A4201
	The Adash 4201 instrument is a portable, fully digital balancing and vibration analyser with the possibility of on-line measurements and data storing. It is intended for identification of bearing condition, lubrication and mechanical defects of the whole machine. It enables to apply diagnostics at the level of measurement overall values, FFT analyses and time signal measurement. Its equipment enables not only detection of occurring defects but also their detailed analysis and precise specification. It can also be used for single and two plane machine balancing and for run-up and run-out measurements. The analyser is characteristic by its very easy operation. If used with the DDS 2000 database and expert system, it is suitable for both experienced users and beginners. Also is possible to use simple A4000Download software. If used with the MDS 5.00 user software, it enables to evaluation the machine deflection shapes.

A4300-VA3
	Adash A4300-VA3 is portable very modern construction one or two channel data collector and analyser. Main features are small dimension and weight (800 g), large LCD display with high resolution and powerful processor, which provides fast data analysis. Adash A4300-VA3 is determined for bearing condition analysis, lubrication analysis and mechanical defects of machines – unbalance, misalignment, resonance, looseness,.... Enables to measure FFT spectrum, order analysis or time signal analysis. Memory of instrument enables archiving of large amount of data. The most important feature is possibility of firmware upgrade via interface RS-232. Instrument can work as data collector or analyser and the switching between these modes is by 1 button push. There are implemented special methods for measurement of bearing condition, where is low speed bearing included. With software system DDS 2000 is A4300-VA3 instrument very powerful weapon in predictive maintenance.

A4801 - Sensor Simulator
	The A4801 device is designed for testing and calibration of all vibration analysers and meters. The unit works like standard ICP vibration sensor with sensitivity of 100mV/g. It generates the output signal,which is developed from two pure sine waves of 0.5g/80Hz and 0.5g/8kHz. This device so enables to test and set systems, instruments and cables for vibration measurements in very simple way. Also is very suitable for setting of control systems. The output signal is available on two output connectors ( MIL and BNC).

A4700 - Vibration Recorder
	The ADASH 4700- Vibration Recorder is designed for measurement in inaccessible places. It has been developed as individual unit with its own built-in power supply. The instrument can be mounted directly to a machine by bolts or other fixtures. This feature enables the 4700 to take measurements from points with difficult or no access (e.g.. moving parts of machines, dangerous areas, etc.).
