ADASH offers its clients the Adash Service consisting of a consulting service www.adashservice.com. for the processing of data obtained especially by the measurement of vibration and of professional assistance in the use of vibration diagnostics systems. ADASH created and has been running its own Web server with direct connection (4 MBits/sec), which also guarantees problem-free communication with many users in parallel. The co-operation with the customer runs as follows: · Each customer receives a login name and a password. · Then the customer can access his/her consultation database where questions may be asked. · Also various measured data may be enclosed with any question as a file. · Customers who use the Adash system may use the DDS database on the Web server where they can easily place data for requested evaluation. · The Adash specialists process all the questions and place answers on the customer‘s database. The entire system guarantees user full privacy. It is not a discussion forum where questions and answers are public. Our objective is to offer a high quality service, which would gradually expand and improve. Such operation however requires considerable expense. Therefore, the Adash Service is a paid service. The services are paid for by means of credits, similar to the system used with mobile phones. Each customer receives a certain number of credits for payment, which are then gradually utilised. Consultancy is charged on a time basis: 40 EUR/ 40 USD per hour. Each credit represents one fifteen-minute consultation, i.e. four credits make up one hour. The guaranteed response period is 3 business days. Also, urgent answers within one business day may be required, at double the price.
